Looking Clean Isn't Good Enough

In foodservice, shine and sparkle produce eye appeal that translates into profits. Cleanliness is one of the most important factors when a consumer picks a food service establishment. However, looking clean does not mean safe. Safety comes from proper sanitation and compliance to tough health and food safety standards.

Because customers may hold facilities responsible for their food safety, managers place themselves and their businesses at risk if they do not implement and maintain a sanitizing program. Traditional Systems Fall Short

The most widely used cleaning method is the mop and bucket. This method risks cross contamination, where the mop spread harmful micro-organisms from contaminated areas to clean areas.

Hose reels and wash down stations assist in the fight against bacteria and grim. However, without the right chemical mix and with water pressure 80psi (5.5 bar) or less, they cannot get the entire job done.

Sanitizing Sage combines all three components of a smart sanitizing system - temperature, pressure and chemical feed. Sanitizing Sage delivers the right amount of chemicals at the right temperature. Sanitizing Sage provides sage sanitizing power at 600, 800 or 1000psi (41, 55, 69 bar).
